Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network Announces Changes in Management Team

Two Key FLDRN Leaders Who Will Be Partnering With Personnel at Hospitals in the Region
Rob Kochik, the executive director of Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network, (FLDRN), today announced two recent changes to Finger FLDRN’s management team.
Rebecca Milczarski has been named Clinical Director and will be responsible for all clinical operations of the organization.
Bill Sainsbury, whose service with FLDRN spans over 10 years, has been appointed Manager of Hospital and Family Services.
Mr. Kochik said, “This restructuring comes after Rich Padula recently accepted a position as Director of Transplant Services at Fletcher Allen Hospital in Vermont. Rich worked at FLDRN for the last 20 years in various roles, most recently as Operations Director.”
Rebecca Milczarski, Clinical Director
Rebecca joined FLDRN in January of 2014 as a Hospital Development Associate, bringing with her 5-plus years of experience in Organ Procurement.
Prior to joining FLDRN, Rebecca served as Director of Clinical Operations for the Center for Donation and Transplant in Albany and as Manager of Organ Services at Upstate New York Transplant Services in Buffalo.
Rebecca holds several degrees, including a Masters in Science of Nursing in Health Care Management and a B.S.N. in Nursing, and she also worked as a Registered Nurse, Nursing Supervisor and Adjunct Professor in Nursing.
Bill Sainsbury, Manager of Hospital and Family Services
In this newly combined position, Bill will oversee hospital development and family centered care initiatives as well as serve as the lead Hospital Development Associate in the eastern regional hospitals of the FLDRN service area.
Bill brings a wealth of experience to this new role, previously serving as FLDRN’s Clinical Manager, Organ Procurement Coordinator and Hospital Development Associate.
Prior to his work with FLDRN, Bill was a Staff Nurse, RN, and Staff Development Coordinator. He also has experience as a Hospice Senior Primary Nurse.
